Micheál Martin has told senior Fianna Fáil TDs he expects the minority government to last another two years.

The Fianna Fáil leader last week told the party’s frontbench meeting that they will have “a lot of work to do” over the next two years.

It is a strong indication his party will honour its confidence and supply deal to facilitate the minority government until the end of 2018.
