Legally unsound: SF warned over discipline handling

Sinn Féin leader Gerry Adams and senior party figures were warned two years ago that procedures for dealing with bullying and harassment cases were legally unsound.

Sinn Féin has been beset by a series of bullying controversies over the last three years with nearly a dozen councillors either quitting or being expelled from the party over local disputes. Many have complained of a hostile and toxic environment in the party.
