GAA lobbies for rates cut on county grounds

The GAA is lobbying for a rates reduction for county grounds because only 15 per cent of its inter-county games make a profit.

It comes at a time when the organisation has benefited from bumper attendances in the All-Ireland hurling championship in Munster and Leinster due to the new group format.
