Minister is accused of ‘drip feeding information’ on scheme

Minister for Justice Charlie Flanagan has promised a review of the state’s Immigrant Investor Programme, following reports in this newspaper over concerns raised about the scheme by the Central Bank.

Flanagan told Fianna Fáil TD Jack Chambers that a review of the programme was scheduled for the second half of the year, “taking into account, among other matters, the changing economic climate”, and promised the publication of the review “in due course”.
