Fianna Fáil has been accused of 'double standards' for promoting a bill about political advertising transparency – while refusing to reveal its own spending on Facebook ads.
Both Fianna Fáil and Fine Gael receive millions from the state each year to fund their political activity, including the purchase of social media advertising.
But both parties have declined to reveal their spend on Facebook advertising targeting voters after being contacted by this newspaper....
