FG ministers rush to print at taxpayers’ expense

Fine Gael cabinet ministers were among the biggest users of the taxpayer-funded printing facility in Leinster House in the six weeks following the general election.

Eighty-six TDs and senators used the Oireachtas in-house service over that period to print over 1.3 million items at a cost of over €26,000, according to information obtained under Freedom of Information.
