'The most difficult thing in this plan will be the politics'

The Ireland 2040 plan has been in the works for three years - but things are heating up with two months to go till the final version

When Simon Coveney was launching the National Planning Framework, he made a telling comment. He said the most difficult thing in this plan ”will be the politics”.

His prophecy, which he made back atthe launch in NUI Maynooth last February, has turned out to be correct.
