Cuts to free parking for public servants could start next year as part of climate overhaul

The government’s latest environmental action plan envisages transforming society, with a focus on areas such as transport and agriculture

Taoiseach Leo Varadkar has promised that no one will have “their cows culled or their car confiscated” under the state’s new Climate Action Plan.
