Former taoiseach Brian Cowen has blamed housing minister Simon Coveney for the controversy arising out of his infamous Morning Ireland radio interview.
In a new book, Cowen has spoken publicly for the first time about the RTÉ Radio interview in 2010 where his performance led to accusations he was drunk on air.
