Tánaiste Simon Coveney has said he believes that a second Brexit referendum is now a realistic possibility in the wake of the political turmoil in Britain.
Coveney raised the prospect of a second Brexit vote as British prime minister Theresa May was this weekend fighting major opposition from MPs both inside and outside her own Conservative Party to the withdrawal agreement that her government agreed with the European Union last week.
