“Supply, supply, supply” was the key message from Housing Minister Simon Coveney today as he outlined the detail of the housing budget for next year.
The headline items include a 50 per cent increase in the overall housing budget for next year – it will be €1.2 billion – and a new first time buyers scheme that will give people 5 per cent of the purchase price up to €20,000.
