Councillors warned on flood plain plan ahead of vote

Minister of State Kevin 'Boxer' Moran has warned a council about its plans to build houses on a flood plain.

Around 1,000 homes are planned for the old Bray Golf Club lands in Bray town centre in Wicklow, along with retail and car parking. It is a prime 24-acre development site overlooking the sea.
