Cars should be banned from key routes at peak times to solve the traffic crisis in the capital, according to Fianna Fáil’s Dublin spokesman.

The introduction of the Luas Cross City service has caused bus journeys in the city centre to slow to a crawl. And the M50 motorway is regularly turned into a car park with over 144,000 vehicles using it per day.
