If the unions ballot for strike action and it succeeds, the public – paying passengers – will not hold back, writes Susan O'Keeffe

Could it be true that Irish Rail drivers were furious about their Christmas bonus vouchers? Could it possibly be true that they only received €500 Dunnes Stores vouchers, rather than a One4All type voucher? I mean, I would feel aggrieved and want to go on strike if that happened to me. Wouldn’t you?
