The rush to smear Sinn Féin over a Belfast killing betrays the political desperation of Burton and Martin

It's been a week of absurdist political theatre. The IRA doesn't exist but still apparently has members; or is it that the IRA has gone away but some of its members are a bit slow around the corner?

On reflection however, surely the most absurd notion of all floating around last week was that with Sinn Féin in government in Belfast, and a possibility for government in Dublin next year, and with the party's all-Ireland...
