Time for the Taoiseach to deliver on Seanad reform after all this talk

In the aftermath of the self-styled “wallop” that he received from the defeated Seanad abolition referendum, the then Taoiseach Enda Kenny rolled into the Seanad with his pencil and notebook and took copious notes as senators spoke about Seanad reform. “I come in peace,” he gently said as he began his address to the Seanad.
