Susan O'Keeffe: "I'm struggling to grasp the National Risk Assessment Strategy"
The document has already been consigned to the shelf marked ‘reports that have no real purpose’
The National Risk Assessment Strategy emerged from the Department of the Taoiseach a few days ago. No fanfare and hardly any publicity for what, on the face of it, is a reassuring, ‘right thing to do’ sort of document. So, you can sit back and relax, because someone else has conjured a plan to start dealing with those risks.
