Where would any defining moment in Irish and British politics be without the dreary steeples of Fermanagh and Tyrone? In the early hours of Friday morning, as the results rolled in, once again came the echo of that famous observation by Winston Churchill in the wake of World War I. It has happened each time the electoral numbers at Westminster were searched in vain to find a winner and now it has happened again.
