There will be no mistaking where the centre of the universe will be next Tuesday. It will be in the Capella Hotel on Singapore’s Sentosa Island when the most unlikely, if not bizarre, summit meeting takes place - if it does at all. On one side of the table (presumably) will be Manhattan real estate developer, reality-TV star and now US president Donald Trump, and across from him will be Kim Jong-un, North Korean dictator.
