Precariously balanced on the shoulders of a few tech giants

The dominance of multinationals on the Irish property market continues apace. Last week, Google announced that it was acquiring two new offices in Dublin city centre, comprising more than 80,000 square feet of office space. The tech giant is buying South Bank House and the Warehouse, located beside Google’s European headquarters on Barrow Street.
