Dublin City Council’s agreement with Bartra is bad for the local area and sets a terrible precedent for the city
Last Monday, a majority of Dublin city councillors approved the controversial O’Devaney Gardens housing development. The proposed plan includes 768 homes, a community centre, a creche and a multi-use sports area on a Dublin City Council-owned site.
