Our move towards carbon-free Ireland

Minimising the impact of our actions on climate change misses the point

In the past, Ireland was associated with the colour green because of our bright verdant fields, inspiring poems and songs. Forty shades. The Emerald Isle. A symbol of life, hope and renewal. In the future, I want Ireland to be known as a green country because of how we respond to the environmental challenges facing our planet.
