Europe’s governments and security chiefs awoke yesterday morning to their ultimate nightmare. Across Paris the night before, a small group of heavily armed jihadis mounted a series of attacks on civilians, killing over 120 and wounding nearly 200. The attacks had all the classic ingredients of the jihadi nightmare.
