Harris should share what he knows about RUC murders
Drew Harris claimed at the Smithwick Tribunal that a garda colluded with the IRA in the killings of two RUC men. If the new Garda Commissioner stands by that claim, he must explain it now
The arrival of Garda Commissioner Drew Harris has been something of a media fest. He has conducted himself very competently, as one would expect from a senior British police officer. Indeed, he and his family have been wished well from all sides, including by the Garda Retired Association (GSRMA). Surely this approach is no more than good old-fashioned common courtesy requires.
