More than two hours into his evidence at the Disclosures Tribunal, the challenge which crime journalist Paul Williams had been waiting for finally came.
“You were too close to gardaí and you allowed yourself to be used?” asked inquiry Chairman Justice Peter Charleton, getting to the meat of the issue.
