History has shown that banning anything is rarely a good idea, but that hasn’t stopped Communicorp from its latest round of media blacklisting

Nobody in media likes the word “ban”. It smells of censorship, something being covered up. It’s a story being hidden when we all know the story should be told, confronted if need be. If it was a hairdo you would say it was a bad look. It’s had a chequered history in Irish media.
