X Factor’s Walsh among investors suing Meath firm
Walsh, along with other investors, are seeking summary judgment against Noel Howley
A group of investors, which includes X Factor judge and former Westlife manager Louis Walsh, has initiated High Court proceedings over a property deal.
Walsh, along with other investors, are seeking summary judgment against Noel Howley, who runs a logistics-based firm in Ashbourne, Co Meath.
The legal row revolves around allegations that Howley, who it is understood denies the claims, failed to stump up his share in an investment partnership involving six parties.
