Wilton Group subsidiary faces winding up petition in Britain

A subsidiary of the Wilton Group, a pension management firm run by Irishman Tony Flanagan, is facing a winding up petition in Britain, court documents show.

The petition has been taken by a number of unpaid creditors who claim that they are owed “significant monies” by Wilton UK Group Limited, which is part of Flanagan’s wider pensions and investment group.
