US medtech BD to create 85 new jobs as part of €34m investment in Dublin and Wexford

Becton Dickinson, the US medtech multinational simply known as BD, is set to invest €34 million across two locations in Ireland over the coming year which will create 85 new jobs.

On Friday, the company announced it will invest €30 million to expand its manufacturing facility in Enniscorthy, Co Wexford, which will extend to an additional 40,000 sq ft of capacity at the site. BD said the expanded facility in Wexford will manufacture a new ...
