A US federal judge has issued an order stating his wish to impose a $15 million plus judgment on developer Garrett Kelleher in a long-standing legal battle involving a complex insurance claim.
Judge Paul S Diamond of the Philadelphia District Court said he would enter the judgment of $15.17 million against Kelleher if a settlement between his side and Cigna Worldwide was not reached by the end of September.
