Up to 17 appeals on hold after death of Supreme Court judge

Up to 17 Supreme Court appeals will be affected by the sudden death of Mr Justice Adrian Hardiman last Monday.

The Courts Service has confirmed that cases involving the late judge which were unfinished or awaiting judgment will be listed by the court in due course to determine a way forward.
