‘Unprecedented opportunities’ for Irish firms to thrive in Nigeria, ambassador says

Irish businesses who expand into Nigeria have “unprecedented opportunities” to grow across a range of sectors, the country’s ambassador to Ireland has said.

Ijeoma Obiezu said the African nation’s large population and the existing trade links between the countries offered Irish firms a range of opportunities to grow their business.

This was particularly true in the areas of agriculture, information and communications technology (ICT), construction and real estate, she told the Business Post.
