A spin-out from University College Cork (UCC) is aiming to raise €500,000 in its first fundraising round after developing a cloud software solution to reduce waiting lists in hospitals and reduce wasted spending.

Stimul.ai (pronounced “stimuli”) has created a solution that uses a hospital or health care provider’s own data on patient flow to identify where issues are causing delays and find ways to reduce them.
