Two new primary care centres planned for Cork and Kerry

A vehicle owned by the state-backed Irish Infrastructure Fund has acquired two primary care centre sites in Cork and Kerry. Valley Healthcare was set up last year by the fund, which is co-managed by Irish Life Investment Managers and Australia’s AMP Capital.

The new acquisitions will bring Valley Healthcare’s investment in primary care centres to date to €60 million.
