Two Dublin farmers made “scandalous” and “damaging” allegations about a company owned by the billionaire Comer brothers as part of a “spurious attempt to extort money”, the High Court has heard.
Farmers Rory Bridgette of Sandy Hill Way, Ballymun and Albert Murphy from Furry Park, Cloghran managed to secure temporary injunctions stopping Sainfoin Property from trespassing on the land, last Monday. Three days later the orders were thrown out.
