Ryan Tubridy told Kevin Bakhurst that he had “no intention of causing any difficulty” hours before the RTÉ boss decided to end negotiations about the presenters return to the station.
Tubridy said through his lawyer that the statement he issued following the Grant Thornton report on Wednesday was “not in any way inferring that RTÉ was incorrect”.
