Top landlord says reports of record rents are ‘inaccurate’

One of the largest landlords in the state has told the government that data showing record high rent levels is “not accurate”.

Kennedy Wilson, which has spent billions assembling a mammoth Irish property portfolio including hundreds of apartments, made the statement during a meeting with a special advisor to Minister for Housing Eoghan Murphy.
