Top judge: vulture funds are ‘exploiting’ Ireland’s difficulties

Vulture funds have “exploited” the country’s difficulties to an incredible degree and are to blame for much of the anger and resentment in Irish society, according to the former President of the High Court, Nicholas Kearns.

He said the current government is “weak, paralysed and incapable of making a decision if the consequences are a loss of popularity”.
