‘Time for businesses to see benefits of insurance reform’ -Dara Calleary

Dara Calleary has said new reforms to insurance legislation, designed to keep personal injury cases out of court, should lead to premiums for businesses falling.

The Minister of State for Trade Promotion and Digital Transformation at the Department of Enterprise has signed the order to commence the first phase of reforms from the Personal Injuries Resolution Board Act 2022 to come into operation on February 13.
