However water is paid for, and whoever delivers it, the future isn’t only to be found in domestic water metering, but in the efficient conservation of water through taxing businesses and investing in water planning.

Irish people. Outside. En masse. Sunning themselves. For the last few weeks, it has been hotter in Ireland than in Portugal or the south of France. Which must be very annoying for people on their holidays there. Every aerial shot of rolling green fields and waves smashing off cliffs that PR companies will ever need has been taken and retaken.
