As Kendrick Lamar headlines at Electric Picnic next month, a festival season that has been very good to Denis Desmond will be coming to a close.

But Desmond’s corporate activity is not ending anytime soon, following the announcement last week that he is selling half of his MCD concert promotion empire to LN-Gaiety, the joint venture he and his former wife and business partner Caroline own with Live Nation.
