Templemore auditor claims access denied to garda bank accounts
In a letter to PAC Niall Kelly alleges he has not seen "all accounts required for auditing"
The Garda head of internal audit has raised concerns that he is being denied access to garda bank accounts into which public funds have been lodged.
Niall Kelly is completing an examination of investment accounts associated with the Garda Training College in Templemore.
In a letter to the Dail’s Public Accounts Committee (PAC) he said he has not been given access to "all accounts required for auditing".
