Tech investor brings shareholder oppression proceedings against comedian John Bishop

Tech investor Brendan Morrissey has accused comedian John Bishop of unilaterally removing him as director of a hearing software company as part of shareholder oppression proceedings filed in the High Court.

Morrissey also accuses Bishop of terminating the contracts of all staff last summer, and of instituting separate High Court proceedings in an effort to “bully” him into walking away from the company.
