Take-up in Dublin’s office market was 70 per cent higher in 2022 than in 2021, new data shows, with tech firms still in a strong position despite job cuts in the sector.

A report from Savills, the property advisor, shows office take-up in the capital has rebounded strongly from the pandemic and was in line with the five-year average of take-up space.
