Supermac’s boss McDonagh criticises ‘Santy Claus’ judges over compensation awards

Businesses are at risk over “Santy Claus” judges and increasing insurance premiums, according to Pat McDonagh, founder of the Supermac’s fast food chain.

The government needs to address the major issues in the insurance industry, McDonagh told The Sunday Business Post.
