Supermac’s is calling on the European Commission to launch an investigation into a tax deal between McDonald’s and Luxembourg.

The European Commission found last year that a deal between McDonald’s and Luxembourg, which allowed the fast food group to pay very little tax on its European royalties in both the EU and US, did not break the law.
