The parents of Eoin McKeogh, the business student who was falsely identified as a taxi fare evader in a YouTube video, are appealing a High Court ruling to tax a €1.95 million legal bill.

Eamon and Fidelma McKeogh of Donadea, Co Kildare, deny they were ever clients of their son’s former solicitor Paul Lambert or that they have any liability for his costs.
