State Claims Agency says it is dealing with 90 CervicalCheck legal cases

The State Claims Agency is managing 90 cases involving women affected by the CervicalCheck cancer screening controversy. In response to a parliamentary question from Social Democrat TD Roísín Shortall, Minister for Health Simon Harris said the “agency expects this number to grow based on the number of women identified by the HSE as part of their audit programme”.
