The National Transport Authority (NTA) has publisheda report which proposes an overhaul of Dublin’s bus network in an effort to bring about an improved services for passengers.

The report, prepared by US transport consulting firm Jarrett Walker & Associates, proposes arranging services along seven cross-city ‘super-frequent spines’.

It includes plans for a big increase in the number of orbital services around the city, with 11 brand new routes.
