Social housing body Tuath gets €120m to deliver 2,000 homes
Tuath has just agreed a financing deal with AIB Corporate Banking and German lender Norddeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale, which will provide the group with a new €120 million package
Housing group Tuath has sealed a €120 million financing deal, which will accelerate its plans to deliver 2,000 new social homes by the end of 2022.
The not-for-profit approved housing body has 5,000 social homes under its management and plans to add a further 2,000 to its portfolio within the next three years. More than three-quarters of these would be acquired through debt finance.
